Image made upon the classic picture taken by Joe Rosental, during the flag rising in Iwo Jima, Japan, February 23, 1945. This picture won the Pulitzer Prize and has been the inspiration for many and many paraphrasae since then, I know, but this time my own version is for the Bear Proud Party after the Gay Pride Parade at Mexico City, 2007.
